We provide in-patient care at our free-standing unit in Stockbridge, GA, as well as in five area hospitals throughout Atlanta. These hospitals include St. Joseph’s Hospital of Atlanta, Cartersville Medical Center, North Fulton Regional Hospital, South Fulton Medical Center, and Atlanta Medical Center.

Additionally, we offer a ventilator withdrawal program at our in-patient unit, enabling out-of-town family members to join their loved ones. Veteran’s programs and specialized bereavement support groups are also available at select hospital partnerships.

Our intensive palliative care teams are tailored to the specific needs of the patients they serve.
