The Watermark campus spans 10 picturesque acres and features two boutique Personal Care Homes for Seniors: Watermark Senior Living I and Watermark Senior Living II.

Exceptional Resident Care: Our high hiring and staffing standards ensure every caregiver loves, serves, and cares for our residents with heart and compassion. We strive for excellence so that residents and their families feel loved, safe, and secure.

Services We Provide:

Assistance with ADLs: Our loving caregivers assist with Activities of Daily Living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and transferring, all with respect and compassion. Our motto is “Love, Serve, Care”!

Housekeeping and Laundry Services: We clean each resident’s room and bathroom and do their laundry regularly. Per state regulations, each resident’s laundry is done separately.

A Robust Activities Calendar: Our Volunteer Activities Coordinator, Michelle, with 17 years of teaching experience and a Master’s Degree in Special Education, fills our calendar with activities that are fun, fresh, and good for the mind and body!

An Onsite Hair Stylist: Convenient onsite hairstyling keeps residents looking fresh and styled.

Respite Care: Whether your loved one needs extra care after a hospital stay or you, as the primary caregiver, need time to recharge, we offer short-term stays to help make life easier.

All-Inclusive Pricing: We believe in clarity and transparency, offering an all-inclusive pricing model with no hidden fees and no surprises.
